Last Saturday we made a day visit to a small town called Albi in the next department over. Albi is known for possessing the museum of Toulouse-Lautrec and La Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile. It is a very charming town built with rose brick, like Toulouse. We had a delicious lunch at a salon de thé and I was taken aback once again by the beauty of the Cathedral.
